Is there a checklist app that works like a paper memo pad you can tear pages off?
CheckPad - Checklist is a checklist app you use like a grid memo pad. Write one list per page and check items off as you go.
When you're done with a list, tear the page off along the perforation. Torn pages aren't thrown away, so you can look back at them or use them again.
Common lists like packing, shopping, and travel can be made from 13 examples in a tap. It's free to use, and Premium is a one-time purchase.

How to do it
Open the cover to find a grid memo pad. Write one checklist per page.
Write on the last line and press Return for the next item. Tap the box to check it; tap again to uncheck.
When you're done, tap … at the top right, then Tear Off This Page. It tears along the perforation and is kept in Torn Pages.

Swipe the pad to the left to see your torn pages. Tap the arrow at the top left to put a page back and use it again.

For common lists, tap … and choose Add from Examples. Tap an example, then Add This List to get a page with the items filled in.
