歩数ウォッチ

「歩数ウォッチ」(以下「本アプリ」)は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、利用者に関する情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。本アプリには広告がなく、アカウントの登録もありません。利用者の情報を開発者のサーバーへ送ることはありません。
1. 本アプリで取り扱う情報
ヘルスケアの歩数・距離・歩く瞑想
利用者が許可した場合、本アプリ(iPhoneとApple Watch)はAppleの「ヘルスケア」(HealthKit)から歩数と、歩いた・走った距離を読み取り、今日の歩数、目標の達成、距離・カロリー・歩いた時間の目安、カレンダー、記録、バッジ、ウィジェット、Apple Watchの文字盤の表示に使います。また、瞑想アプリ「呼吸のじかん」がヘルスケアに記録した歩く瞑想の時間(マインドフルネス)を読み取り、今日の画面とカレンダーに表示します。本アプリがヘルスケアへデータを書き込むことはありません。読み取ったデータは端末内での表示と計算にのみ使い、開発者のサーバーや第三者へ送信することはなく、広告やマーケティングに使うこともありません。
動作と身体活動
利用者が許可した場合、端末のモーションセンサー(CoreMotion)を次のように使います。iPhoneでは、本アプリを開いている間、今日の歩数を数えて表示をすぐに更新します。Apple Watchでは、今日の歩数を読み取り、歩き始めたときと立ち止まったときの知らせを受け取って、アプリとApple Watchの文字盤の歩数を新しくします(ヘルスケアの歩数は記録されるまでに時間がかかることがあるため)。これらの値は表示にのみ使い、端末の外へ送信しません。
目標と設定
毎日の目標、目標を達成した日の記録、連続記録、おやすみチケット、獲得したバッジ、テーマカラー、表示言語、通知の設定など、本アプリが決めた値や利用者が設定した値を端末内に保存します。これらを開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。
Apple Watch・ウィジェットとの受け渡し
iPhoneとペアリングしたApple Watchとの間で、今日の目標、テーマカラー、表示言語、目標達成の通知の設定と通知済みの日、文字盤に出す今日の歩数、Apple Watchで変更した目標を、Appleの仕組み(WatchConnectivity)で直接やり取りします。また、ホーム画面・ロック画面のウィジェットやApple Watchの文字盤に表示するため、今日の歩数・目標・今週の達成を、App Group(同じ端末の中でアプリと部品が共有する保存領域)に保存します。これらの受け渡しは利用者の端末の中(およびiPhoneとApple Watchの間)で完結し、開発者のサーバーや第三者へ送信されることはありません。
通知
利用者が許可した場合、目標の達成、バッジの獲得、「歩こうの声かけ」を、iPhoneまたはApple Watch上のローカル通知でお知らせします。通知の内容と予定は端末内で処理され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されません。それぞれの通知は、本アプリの設定画面からオフにできます。
共有
利用者が目標の達成やバッジの獲得を「共有する」を使用した場合、歩数・目標・連続日数・バッジ名・日付などを入れた画像と文章を作り、利用者自身が選択した共有先(メッセージ、SNS、写真への保存など)へ渡します。利用者が共有を選ばない限り、これらが端末の外へ送られることはありません。
手動のバックアップと復元
利用者が設定画面の「バックアップを書き出す」を使用した場合、目標の記録と設定(テーマカラー、通知の設定など)を含むバックアップファイルを作成し、利用者自身が選択した保存先(「ファイル」アプリ、AirDrop、メールなど)へ渡します。「バックアップから復元」では、利用者が選択したファイルを端末内で読み込みます。歩数そのものはヘルスケアにあるため、バックアップには含みません。いずれも開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
iCloudへの自動バックアップ
プレミアムの「iCloud に自動でバックアップ」が有効な場合、目標の記録と設定を、利用者自身のiCloud(Apple)にある本アプリ専用の保存領域へ自動で保存します。保存されたデータはAppleのiCloudにより管理され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、開発者がその内容を取得することもありません。この機能は、本アプリの設定画面からいつでもオフにできます。iCloud上のバックアップからの復元は、プレミアムでなくても行えます。
購入に関する情報
プレミアム(買い切り)と「開発者を応援する」(チップ)の購入処理には、AppleのStoreKitを使用します。決済情報はAppleが管理し、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。本アプリは、プレミアム機能を提供するため、端末内で購入状況を確認します。チップは応援としてのご支援で、機能の追加はありません。
評価のお願い
本アプリは、目標を達成したときやバッジを獲得したときのお祝いの画面を閉じたあとに、Appleが提供する標準の評価ダイアログを表示することがあります。表示するかどうかを決めるため、本アプリを初めて使ってからの日数、別々の日に開いた日数、お祝いを表示した回数、前回表示しようとした日時とバージョンを、端末内にだけ保存します。また、利用者が設定画面の「レビューを書く」を選んだ場合は、App Storeのレビュー画面(開けない場合はAppleが提供する標準の評価ダイアログ)を開きます。これらの情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。評価やレビューの内容はAppleが管理します。
広告・解析・トラッキング
本アプリは、広告を表示せず、利用状況の解析ツールも組み込んでいません。利用者を追跡する目的で情報を収集することはなく、AppleのApp Tracking Transparencyによるトラッキングの許可も求めません。
外部サイトへのリンク
設定画面の「開発者のほかのアプリ」「レビューを書く」「ご意見・不具合を送る」や、プレミアム画面の利用規約・プライバシーポリシーは、端末のブラウザまたはApp Storeで外部のページを開きます。「ご意見・不具合を送る」はGoogleフォームを開き、利用者が入力して送信した内容は開発者が受け取ります。開いた先のサイトでの情報の取り扱いは、そのサイトのポリシーに従います。
2. 情報の保存と削除
本アプリが保存する情報は、原則として端末内に保存されます。端末のバックアップ設定によっては、OSのバックアップに含まれる場合があります。本アプリを削除すると、OSのバックアップに残る情報を除き、本アプリが端末内に保存した情報も削除されます。ヘルスケアの歩数・距離・歩く瞑想の記録はヘルスケアの中にあり、本アプリを削除しても削除されません。iCloudへ自動で保存されたバックアップは、本アプリを削除しても自動では削除されません。iOSの設定アプリにあるiCloudストレージの管理画面から削除できます。
3. 第三者への提供
開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本アプリが取り扱う情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。決済およびiCloudへのバックアップに関しては、上記のとおりAppleのサービスが利用されます。
4. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。
5. 安全管理
本アプリは、情報を端末内に保存し、OSが提供する権限管理(ヘルスケア・動作と身体活動・通知の許可)を利用して、情報の保護に努めます。これらの許可は、iOSおよびwatchOSの設定アプリからいつでも変更できます。
6. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、機能の変更、利用サービスの変更、法令の改正などに応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
Step Watch

Step Watch ("the App") respects your privacy and handles information about you as described below. The App has no ads and no account sign-up. Your information is never sent to the developer's servers.
1. Information the App Handles
Steps, distance, and walking meditation from Health
With your permission, the App (on iPhone and Apple Watch) reads your steps and walking + running distance from Apple Health (HealthKit). It uses them to show today's steps, goal progress, estimated distance, calories, and walking time, the calendar, records, badges, widgets, and the Apple Watch complication. It also reads walking meditation time (Mindfulness) that the meditation app "Time to Breathe" recorded in Health, and shows it on the Today screen and in the calendar. The App never writes data to Health. This data is used only for display and calculation on your device. It is never sent to the developer's servers or third parties, and is never used for advertising or marketing.
Motion & Fitness
With your permission, the App uses the device's motion sensor (Core Motion) as follows. On iPhone, while the App is open, it counts today's steps to update the display right away. On Apple Watch, it reads today's steps and receives notices when you start or stop walking, to keep the steps in the App and on the Apple Watch complication up to date (steps can take a while to be recorded in Health). These values are used only for display and never leave your device.
Goals and settings
The App stores on your device the values it sets and the settings you choose, such as daily goals, the days you reached them, streaks, rest tickets, earned badges, theme color, display language, and notification settings. None of this is sent to the developer's servers.
Apple Watch and widgets
The App exchanges today's goal, theme color, display language, goal-notification settings and the day already notified, today's steps for the complication, and goals changed on Apple Watch directly between your iPhone and paired Apple Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity. To show today's steps, goal, and this week's achievements in Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets and on the Apple Watch face, the App also stores them in an App Group (a storage area shared by the App and its widgets on the same device). These exchanges stay on your devices (and between your iPhone and Apple Watch) and are never sent to the developer's servers or third parties.
Notifications
With your permission, the App uses local notifications on iPhone or Apple Watch to let you know when you reach your goal, earn a badge, or for the Walk Reminder. Notification content and schedules are processed on your device and are not sent to the developer's servers. Each kind of notification can be turned off in the App's settings.
Sharing
If you use "Share" for a reached goal or an earned badge, the App creates an image and text containing items such as your steps, goal, streak, badge name, and date, and hands them to the destination you choose (Messages, social media, saving to Photos, and so on). Nothing leaves your device unless you choose to share it.
Manual backup and restore
If you use "Export Backup" in Settings, the App creates a backup file containing your goal records and settings (such as theme color and notification settings) and hands it to the destination you choose (the Files app, AirDrop, Mail, and so on). "Restore from Backup" reads a file you choose on your device. Steps themselves are kept in Health, so they are not included in backups. Neither is sent to the developer's servers.
Automatic iCloud backup
When the Premium "Back Up to iCloud Automatically" option is on, the App automatically saves your goal records and settings to a storage area for the App in your own iCloud (Apple). The saved data is managed by Apple's iCloud, is never sent to the developer's servers, and the developer cannot access its content. You can turn this off anytime in the App's settings. Restoring from an iCloud backup is available without Premium.
Purchases
Purchases of Premium (one-time purchase) and "Support the Developer" (tips) are processed with Apple's StoreKit. Payment information is managed by Apple, and the developer never receives payment details such as credit card numbers. To provide Premium features, the App checks your purchase status on your device. Tips are simply a way to support the developer and do not unlock any features.
Rating requests
After you close the celebration screen for reaching your goal or earning a badge, the App may show Apple's standard rating dialog. To decide whether to show it, the App stores, only on your device, the number of days since you first used the App, the number of separate days you opened it, the number of celebrations shown, and the date and version of the last attempt to show it. If you choose "Write a Review" in Settings, the App opens the App Store review page (or Apple's standard rating dialog if the page can't be opened). This information is not sent to the developer's servers. Ratings and reviews are managed by Apple.
Ads, analytics, and tracking
The App shows no ads and includes no analytics tools. It does not collect information to track you and does not ask for tracking permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency.
Links to external sites
"More Apps by the Developer," "Write a Review," and "Send Feedback" in Settings, and the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on the Premium screen, open external pages in your browser or the App Store. "Send Feedback" opens a Google Form, and the developer receives what you enter and submit. Information on those sites is handled according to their own policies.
2. Storage and Deletion
Information stored by the App is, in principle, kept on your device. Depending on your device backup settings, it may be included in OS backups. Deleting the App also deletes the information it stored on your device, except what remains in OS backups. Steps, distance, and walking meditation records are kept in Health and are not deleted when you delete the App. Backups saved automatically to iCloud are not deleted automatically when you delete the App; you can delete them from iCloud storage management in the Settings app.
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
Except as required by law, the developer does not sell or provide information handled by the App to third parties. Apple's services are used for payments and iCloud backups as described above.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Security
The App protects information by storing it on your device and using the permission controls provided by the OS (Health, Motion & Fitness, and notifications). You can change these permissions anytime in the Settings app on iOS and watchOS.
6. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as features, services used, or laws change. If there are important changes, we will let you know on this page or in the App.
