じぶん年表

「じぶん年表」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、利用者に関する情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。

1. 本アプリで取り扱う情報

利用者が入力する情報

本アプリでは、出来事（題名・分類・年月日・学校名や会社名・部署や役職・メモ・写真1枚）、家族などの人（名前・続柄・生年月日）、自分の生年月日、表示の設定、通知とロックの設定を、端末内に保存します。これらの情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

写真

出来事に写真を付けるとき、iOS の写真を選ぶ画面で利用者が選んだ写真だけを読み込み、縮小して端末内に保存します。写真ライブラリのそのほかの写真を読み取ることはありません。写真に記録された撮影日を、出来事の日付に入れることがあります。保存した写真を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

スクリーンショットからの読み込み

利用者がメモなどのスクリーンショットから出来事を読み込む場合、利用者が選んだ画像だけを読み込み、端末内の文字認識の機能で文字を読み取ります。画像や読み取った文字を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

お知らせ（通知）

利用者が通知をオンにした場合、iOS の通知の許可を求め、誕生日などのお知らせと、4月1日の記録のお知らせを表示します。通知は端末内で予約され、開発者のサーバーを経由しません。

ウィジェット

ウィジェットに表示するため、表示に必要な出来事の情報を、本アプリとウィジェットだけが読める端末内の保存領域（App Group）に書き込みます。この情報が端末の外へ送信されることはありません。

共有と書き出し

利用者が「人生の一覧」の画像、履歴書の形の文字、PDF、出来事の文字や CSV の書き出しを使用した場合、その内容を作り、クリップボード、または利用者自身が選択した保存先・送信先へ渡します。画像を写真アプリに保存するときは、iOS の許可を得たうえで写真を追加するだけで、写真ライブラリを読み取ることはありません。

手動のバックアップと復元

利用者が「バックアップを書き出す」を使用した場合、記録と写真を含むバックアップファイルを作成し、利用者自身が選択した保存先へ渡します。バックアップからの復元では、利用者が選択したファイルを端末内で読み込みます。いずれも開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

iCloud への自動バックアップ

プレミアムの iCloud への自動バックアップが有効な場合、記録と写真のデータを、利用者自身の iCloud（Apple）にある本アプリ専用の保存領域へ自動で保存します。保存されたデータは Apple の iCloud により管理され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、開発者がその内容を取得することもありません。この機能は、本アプリの設定画面からいつでもオフにできます。iCloud のバックアップからの復元は、プレミアムでなくても行えます。

購入に関する情報

プレミアム（買い切り）の購入処理には Apple の StoreKit を使用します。決済情報は Apple が管理し、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。本アプリは、購入済み機能を提供するため、購入状況および利用権の有効性を確認します。

生体認証

利用者がロックを有効にした場合、Face ID、Touch ID、または端末のパスコードによる本人確認を利用します。認証は Apple の仕組みにより端末上で行われ、本アプリおよび開発者が生体認証データを取得または保存することはありません。

広告と解析

本アプリは広告を表示せず、利用状況の解析ツールやクラッシュレポートの仕組みも組み込んでいません。Apple の App Tracking Transparency によるトラッキングの許可を求めず、利用者を他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいで追跡しません。

外部サイトへのリンク

設定画面の「開発者のほかのアプリ」「レビューを書く」「ご意見・不具合を送る」「プライバシーポリシー」は、端末のブラウザなどで外部のページを開きます。「ご意見・不具合を送る」は Google フォームを開き、利用者が入力して送信した内容は開発者が受け取ります。開いた先のサイトでの情報の取り扱いは、そのサイトのポリシーに従います。

2. 情報の保存と削除

利用者が入力した情報と各種設定は、端末内に保存されます。端末のバックアップ設定によっては、OS のバックアップに含まれる場合があります。本アプリを削除すると、OS のバックアップに残る情報を除き、本アプリが端末内に保存した情報も削除されます。

iCloud へ自動で保存されたバックアップは、本アプリを削除しても自動では削除されません。iOS の設定アプリにある iCloud ストレージの管理画面から削除できます。

3. 第三者への提供

開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者が本アプリへ入力した情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。決済および iCloud へのバックアップに関しては、上記のとおり Apple のサービスが利用されます。

4. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。

5. 安全管理

本アプリは、取り扱う情報の性質に応じて、端末内での保存、OS が提供する権限管理および認証機能などを利用し、情報の保護に努めます。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能の変更、利用サービスの変更、法令の改正などに応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

Jibun Nenpyo (the "App") respects your privacy and handles information about you as described below.

1. Information the App Handles

Information you enter

The App stores the following on your device: events (title, category, year/month/day, school or company name, department or position, notes, and one photo), people such as family members (name, relationship, and date of birth), your own date of birth, display settings, and notification and lock settings. None of this is sent to the developer's servers.

Photos

When you add a photo to an event, the App reads only the photo you choose in the iOS photo picker, shrinks it, and stores it on your device. It does not read any other photos in your photo library. The date a photo was taken may be used as the event's date. Saved photos are never sent to the developer's servers.

Importing from screenshots

When you import events from screenshots (such as notes), the App reads only the images you choose and recognizes their text with the on-device text recognition feature. Images and recognized text are never sent to the developer's servers.

Reminders (notifications)

If you turn on notifications, the App asks for iOS notification permission and shows reminders such as birthdays and an April 1 reminder to update your records. Notifications are scheduled on your device and do not go through the developer's servers.

Widgets

To show widgets, the App writes the event information they need to a storage area on your device that only the App and its widgets can read (App Group). This information is never sent off your device.

Sharing and exporting

When you share the "Life List" image, copy text in résumé format, export a PDF, or copy or export events as text or CSV, the App creates that content and passes it to the clipboard or to the destination you choose. When you save an image to the Photos app, the App only adds the image with your permission and does not read your photo library.

Manual backup and restore

When you use "Export Backup", the App creates a backup file containing your records and photos and passes it to the destination you choose. Restoring from a backup reads the file you choose on your device. In neither case is anything sent to the developer's servers.

Automatic iCloud backup

When the Premium automatic iCloud backup is on, the App automatically saves your records and photos to a storage area for the App in your own iCloud (Apple). This data is managed by Apple's iCloud. It is never sent to the developer's servers, and the developer cannot access it. You can turn this feature off at any time in the App's Settings. You can restore from an iCloud backup without Premium.

Purchases

Premium (a one-time purchase) is processed with Apple's StoreKit. Payment information is managed by Apple, and the developer never receives payment details such as credit card numbers. To provide purchased features, the App checks your purchase status and whether your entitlement is valid.

Biometric authentication

When you turn on the lock, the App uses Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to confirm it is you. Authentication is performed on your device by Apple's system, and neither the App nor the developer receives or stores biometric data.

Ads and analytics

The App shows no ads and includes no analytics tools or crash reporting. It does not ask for tracking permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Links to external sites

"More Apps by This Developer", "Write a Review", "Send Feedback", and "Privacy Policy" in Settings open external pages in your browser or a similar app. "Send Feedback" opens a Google Form, and the developer receives what you enter and send. Information on the sites you open is handled under those sites' policies.

2. Storage and Deletion

Information you enter and your settings are stored on your device. Depending on your device's backup settings, they may be included in OS backups. When you delete the App, the information it stored on your device is also deleted, except for anything remaining in OS backups.

Backups saved automatically to iCloud are not deleted when you delete the App. You can delete them from iCloud storage management in the iOS Settings app.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

Except as required by law, the developer does not sell or provide the information you enter in the App to third parties. As described above, Apple's services are used for payments and iCloud backups.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Security

The App protects information as appropriate to its nature, for example by storing it on your device and by using the permission management and authentication features provided by the OS.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when features, services used, or laws change. We will announce important changes on this page or in the App.
