Aging Log

Effective: October 23, 2026 / Last updated: October 23, 2026

Aging Log (the “App”) respects your privacy and handles information as described below.

1. Information the App Handles

Items and records

The App stores item names and categories, brands, brand and retailer URLs, labeled waist and length sizes, materials and specifications, purchase locations, dates, prices and currencies, photos, record dates, measurements, wash, care and repair records, notes, item order, and settings on your device. Wear information saved in previous versions is retained. These contents are not sent to the developer's servers.

Camera, selected photos, and text recognition

The App requests camera permission when you take a photo. From the photo library it reads only images you choose in the system photo picker. Information on price tags, hangtags and shop screenshots is recognized on your device using Apple Vision. The source image and recognized text may be stored with the item. Images and recognized text are not sent to an external AI service or the developer's servers for recognition.

Sharing images, videos and text

When you choose to share, the App hands selected photos, comparison images, videos created from photos, or text such as item names and dates to a destination you choose. Saving to Photos adds the generated image or video to your photo library with your permission. Copying text writes it to your device clipboard. The destination service's policies apply to information you share.

Manual backup and restore

Manual backup creates a file containing photos, source images, measurements, purchase information, notes, item order, and per-item photo reminder preferences, and saves it to a destination you choose. Restore reads your selected file and adds items and records not already registered. Backups contain photos and purchase information; please check where you save or share them.

Automatic iCloud backup and restore

When Premium's automatic iCloud backup is on, the App saves photos, measurements, purchase information, notes, item order and per-item photo reminder preferences to the App's dedicated storage area in your own iCloud, for example after you save records. It retains the latest five backups and removes older ones. Storage and uploading use Apple iCloud, and the developer does not receive backup contents. You can turn this feature off in Settings. Restoring from iCloud does not require Premium. Common iCloud settings and purchase entitlements are not restored from record backup files.

Photo reminders

If you enable reminders for an item, the App schedules local notifications on your device using its last photo or registration date and your chosen time. Notifications may include item names. You can change reminders for each item and notification permission in iOS Settings. No information is sent to the developer's servers for reminders.

Purchases

The App uses Apple StoreKit for Premium purchases and purchase restoration, and checks entitlement validity to provide purchased features. Payments are managed by Apple. The developer does not receive credit card numbers or other payment details.

Ads, analytics and tracking

The App does not display ads or include custom usage analytics or advertising tracking SDKs. It does not collect information to track you for advertising.

External websites

Brand and retailer URLs, other apps by the developer, this policy and the terms of use open external websites. Send Feedback opens a Google Form, and the developer receives what you enter and submit. External sites handle access information and submissions according to their policies.

2. Storage and Deletion

Information and settings are generally stored on your device and may be included in OS backups depending on your settings. Deleting the App removes on-device records, but does not automatically delete OS backups, exported files, images and videos saved in Photos, information shared with other services, or iCloud backups. Remove such information from each destination and manage the App's iCloud data in iOS iCloud storage management. Turning off automatic backup leaves existing backups in place.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

The developer does not sell records entered in the App or provide them to third parties for advertising. The App uses Apple for purchases and iCloud backup, and the services you choose for sharing, storage and feedback.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Security

The App works to protect information using on-device storage and OS permission and authentication features. Apple's management mechanisms apply to information stored in iCloud.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when features or services change. Important changes will be announced on this page or through similar means.

7. Contact
