「よんだな」(以下「本アプリ」)は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、利用者に関する情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。

1. 本アプリで取り扱う情報

利用者が入力する情報

本アプリでは、本の情報(書名・著者・出版社・ページ数・ISBN・表紙の画像など)、読書の状態、評価、読んでいるページ、読み始めた日と読み終えた日、シリーズ名と巻数、タグ、感想・引用のメモ、表示の設定を、端末内に保存します。これらの情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

本アプリには、ほかの利用者と記録を共有する機能や、感想を公開する機能はありません。入力した感想やメモを、AIの学習や要約などに使うこともありません。

本の情報の検索

本を探すとき、本アプリは、利用者が入力した検索の言葉、またはバーコードから読み取ったISBNを、次のサービスへ送信して本の情報を受け取ります。送信するのは検索の言葉とISBNだけで、利用者の記録や感想、端末を識別する情報は送信しません。

表紙の画像は、上記のサービスが示す画像の置き場所から受け取り、端末内に保存します。各サービスでの情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのサービスのポリシーに従います。

カメラと写真

本のバーコードを読み取るとき、および表紙の写真を撮るときに、カメラを使用します。バーコードの読み取りは端末上で行い、映像を外部へ送信することはありません。表紙にする写真を選ぶとき、利用者が選んだ写真だけを読み込みます。撮影した表紙や選んだ写真は端末内に保存し、外部へ送信することはありません。

「スクリーンショットから入れる」では、利用者が選んだスクリーンショット(電子書籍アプリのライブラリの画面など)の文字を、端末上で読み取ります。画像を外部へ送信することはなく、読み取った書名と著者名だけを、本の情報の検索のために上記のサービスへ送信します。

手動のバックアップと復元

利用者が設定画面の「バックアップを書き出す」または「表計算ソフト用に書き出す」を使用した場合、本棚の情報(表紙とメモを含む)を含むファイルを作成し、利用者自身が選択した保存先(「ファイル」アプリ、iCloud Drive、AirDrop など)へ渡します。「ファイルから読み込む」では、利用者が選択したファイル(本アプリのバックアップ、またはほかの読書管理サービスが書き出したCSV)を端末内で読み込みます。いずれも開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

広告・解析・トラッキング

本アプリは、広告を表示せず、利用状況の解析ツールも組み込んでいません。利用者を追跡する目的で情報を収集することはなく、AppleのApp Tracking Transparencyによるトラッキングの許可も求めません。

読書アプリとの連携

利用者が本に、読書アプリ(Kindle・楽天Kobo・Apple Books・BOOK☆WALKER など)の共有リンクを登録した場合、そのリンクを端末内に保存し、本の画面からそのアプリやページを開きます。Amazon の短い共有リンクを登録したときは、本を特定するために、そのリンクを開いて行き先の URL を確かめます。「Amazonで探す」では、書名と著者名を検索の言葉として、Amazon の検索結果を端末のブラウザで開きます。開いた先での情報の取り扱いは、各サービスのポリシーに従います。

外部サイトへのリンク

設定画面の「開発者のほかのアプリ」「レビューを書く」「ご意見・不具合を送る」「プライバシーポリシー」は、端末のブラウザなどで外部のページを開きます。「ご意見・不具合を送る」はGoogleフォームを開き、利用者が入力して送信した内容は開発者が受け取ります。開いた先のサイトでの情報の取り扱いは、そのサイトのポリシーに従います。

購入・アカウント

本アプリには、アプリ内課金とアカウントの登録はありません。

2. 情報の保存と削除

利用者が入力した情報と各種設定は、端末内に保存されます。端末のバックアップ設定によっては、OSのバックアップに含まれる場合があります。本アプリを削除すると、OSのバックアップに残る情報を除き、本アプリが端末内に保存した情報も削除されます。書き出したバックアップファイルは、利用者が保存した場所に残ります。

3. 第三者への提供

開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者が本アプリへ入力した情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。本の情報の検索に関しては、上記のとおり検索の言葉とISBNだけが各サービスへ送信されます。

4. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。

5. 安全管理

本アプリは、取り扱う情報の性質に応じて、端末内での保存、OSが提供する権限管理などを利用し、情報の保護に努めます。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能の変更、利用サービスの変更、法令の改正などに応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

Yondana (the "App") respects your privacy and handles information as described below.

1. Information handled by the App

Information you enter

Book details (title, author, publisher, page count, ISBN, cover image, etc.), reading status, ratings, current page, start and finish dates, series names and volume numbers, tags, notes and quotes, and display preferences are stored on your device. This information is not transmitted to the developer's servers.

The App has no features for sharing your records with other users or publishing your reviews. Your notes are never used for AI training, summarization, or similar purposes.

Book search

When you search for a book, the App sends the words you type, or the ISBN read from a barcode, to the following services to receive book information. Only the search words and ISBN are sent; your records, notes, and information that identifies your device are not.

Cover images are downloaded from the locations provided by these services and stored on your device. Each service handles information according to its own policy.

Camera and photos

The App uses the camera to read book barcodes and to take photos of covers. Barcode reading happens on your device, and video is never sent anywhere. When you choose a photo for a cover, the App reads only the photo you select. Cover photos are stored on your device and are not sent anywhere.

With "Add from Screenshots", the App reads the text in the screenshots you choose (such as an e-book app's library) on your device. Images are never sent; only the recognized titles and author names are sent to the services above to search for book information.

Manual backup and restore

If you use "Export Backup" or "Export for Spreadsheets" in the settings screen, the App creates a file containing your bookshelf (including covers and notes) and hands it to the destination you choose (such as the Files app, iCloud Drive, or AirDrop). "Import from File" reads the file you select (an App backup, or a CSV exported by another reading service) on your device. Neither is sent to the developer's servers.

Ads, analytics, and tracking

The App does not show ads and does not include analytics tools. It does not collect information to track you and does not request tracking permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency.

Reading apps

If you add a share link from a reading app (Kindle, Rakuten Kobo, Apple Books, BOOK☆WALKER, and others) to a book, the App stores the link on your device and opens that app or page from the book's screen. When you add a short Amazon share link, the App opens the link to check where it leads, so it can identify the book. "Search on Amazon" opens Amazon's search results in your browser, using the title and author as search words. Information on the services you open is handled under their own policies.

Links to external sites

"More Apps by This Developer", "Write a Review", "Send Feedback", and "Privacy Policy" in Settings open external pages in your browser or a similar app. "Send Feedback" opens a Google Form, and the developer receives what you enter and send. Information on the sites you open is handled under those sites' policies.

Purchases and accounts

The App has no in-app purchases and no account sign-up.

2. Storage and deletion

Information you enter and your settings are stored on your device. Depending on your device's backup settings, they may be included in OS backups. Deleting the App deletes the information it stored on your device, except for anything remaining in OS backups. Backup files you exported remain where you saved them.

3. Disclosure to third parties

Except as required by law, the developer does not sell or provide information you enter in the App to third parties. For book search, only search words and ISBNs are sent to the services listed above.

4. Children's privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Security

The App protects information appropriately by storing it on your device and using the permission controls provided by the OS.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in features, services used, or laws. Significant changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
