「としかさね」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、利用者に関する情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。

1. 本アプリで取り扱う情報

利用者が入力する情報

本アプリでは、登録した人ごとの名前（任意）、誕生日、性別（厄年と七五三の年齢を出すために使います。選ばないこともできます）、七五三の数え方、学年の表示の設定と、アプリの設定（アイコンに出す人とデザイン、年齢の数え方、お知らせ、言語、ロックなど）を、端末内に保存します。これらの情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

写真

人ごとの写真、毎年の誕生日写真、お祝いカードの写真として、利用者が iOS の写真を選ぶ画面で選んだ写真、またはカメラで撮った写真を読み込み、正方形に切り取って縮小したコピーを端末内に保存します。写真ライブラリのそのほかの写真を読み取ることはなく、元の写真を変えることもありません。カメラで撮った写真は、本アプリの中にだけ保存します。登録した人を削除すると、その人の写真も削除します。保存した写真を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

お祝いカードと動画

利用者が残したお祝いカードの画像と、その名前・お祝いの名前・日付を、端末内に保存します。誕生日写真から作る動画は、共有や保存のために端末内に一時的に作るだけで、残り続けることはありません。

お知らせ（通知）

利用者がお知らせをオンにした場合、iOS の通知の許可を求め、誕生日の朝のアイコンの切り替えや、お祝いの日・厄年・長寿祝いのお知らせを表示します。通知は端末内で予約され、開発者のサーバーを経由しません。

ウィジェットとアイコン

ウィジェットに表示するため、登録した人の情報と設定、プレミアムを購入済みかどうかを、本アプリとウィジェットだけが読める端末内の保存領域（App Group）に保存します。この情報が端末の外へ送信されることはありません。ホーム画面のアプリのアイコンを、選んだ人の年齢の数字に切り替えることがあります。

共有と保存

利用者がお祝いカードや人生の週のマスの画像、誕生日写真の動画を共有した場合、その内容を、利用者自身が選択した共有先へ渡します。「写真に保存」では、iOS の許可を得たうえで写真アプリに追加するだけで、写真ライブラリを読み取ることはありません。

バックアップ

本アプリには、iCloud への自動バックアップや、バックアップファイルの書き出しの機能はありません。端末のバックアップ設定によっては、本アプリの情報が OS のバックアップに含まれる場合があります。

購入に関する情報

プレミアム（買い切り）と開発者への応援（応援のための購入で、機能は増えません）の購入処理には Apple の StoreKit を使用します。決済情報は Apple が管理し、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。本アプリは、購入済み機能を提供するため、購入状況および利用権の有効性を確認します。

生体認証

利用者がロックを有効にした場合、Face ID、Touch ID、または端末のパスコードによる本人確認を利用します。認証は Apple の仕組みにより端末上で行われ、本アプリおよび開発者が生体認証データを取得または保存することはありません。

広告と解析

本アプリは広告を表示せず、利用状況の解析ツールやクラッシュレポートの仕組みも組み込んでいません。インターネットへの通信は行いません。Apple の App Tracking Transparency によるトラッキングの許可を求めず、利用者を他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいで追跡しません。

外部サイトへのリンク

設定画面の「開発者のほかのアプリ」「レビューを書く」「ご意見・不具合を送る」「プライバシーポリシー」と、プレミアムの画面の「プライバシーポリシー」は、端末のブラウザなどで外部のページを開きます。「ご意見・不具合を送る」は Google フォームを開き、利用者が入力して送信した内容は開発者が受け取ります。開いた先のサイトでの情報の取り扱いは、そのサイトのポリシーに従います。

2. 情報の保存と削除

利用者が入力した情報と各種設定は、端末内に保存されます。端末のバックアップ設定によっては、OS のバックアップに含まれる場合があります。本アプリを削除すると、OS のバックアップに残る情報を除き、本アプリが端末内に保存した情報も削除されます。

3. 第三者への提供

開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者が本アプリへ入力した情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。決済に関しては、上記のとおり Apple のサービスが利用されます。

4. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。お子さまの誕生日や写真を登録する場合も、その情報は端末内にだけ保存されます。

5. 安全管理

本アプリは、取り扱う情報の性質に応じて、端末内での保存、OS が提供する権限管理および認証機能などを利用し、情報の保護に努めます。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能の変更、利用サービスの変更、法令の改正などに応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

Toshikasane

Toshikasane (the "App") respects your privacy and handles information about you as described below.

1. Information the App Handles

Information you enter

The App stores the following on your device: for each person you add, their name (optional), birthday, sex (used to calculate yakudoshi and Shichi-Go-San ages; you can choose not to set it), the Shichi-Go-San counting method, and school grade settings; and the App's settings (whose age the icon shows and its design, how ages are counted, reminders, language, lock, and so on). None of this is sent to the developer's servers.

Photos

For each person's photo, yearly birthday photos, and celebration card photos, the App reads photos you choose in the iOS photo picker or take with the camera, and stores square, shrunk copies on your device. It does not read any other photos in your photo library and never changes your original photos. Photos taken with the camera are stored only inside the App. When you delete a person, their photos are deleted too. Saved photos are never sent to the developer's servers.

Celebration cards and videos

The App stores on your device the celebration card images you keep, along with their name, celebration name, and date. Videos made from birthday photos are created temporarily on your device only for sharing or saving, and are not kept.

Reminders (notifications)

If you turn on reminders, the App asks for iOS notification permission and shows notifications such as the birthday-morning icon change and reminders for celebrations, yakudoshi, and longevity celebrations. Notifications are scheduled on your device and do not go through the developer's servers.

Widgets and the app icon

To show widgets, the App stores the people you added, your settings, and whether you have purchased Premium in a storage area on your device that only the App and its widgets can read (App Group). This information is never sent off your device. The App may change its Home Screen icon to show the age of the person you chose.

Sharing and saving

When you share a celebration card, a life-in-weeks image, or a birthday photo video, the App passes it to the destination you choose. "Save to Photos" only adds the item to the Photos app with your permission and does not read your photo library.

Backup

The App has no automatic iCloud backup and no backup file export. Depending on your device's backup settings, the App's information may be included in OS backups.

Purchases

Premium (a one-time purchase) and tips for the developer (which do not unlock any features) are processed with Apple's StoreKit. Payment information is managed by Apple, and the developer never receives payment details such as credit card numbers. To provide purchased features, the App checks your purchase status and whether your entitlement is valid.

Biometric authentication

When you turn on the lock, the App uses Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to confirm it is you. Authentication is performed on your device by Apple's system, and neither the App nor the developer receives or stores biometric data.

Ads and analytics

The App shows no ads and includes no analytics tools or crash reporting. It does not connect to the internet. It does not ask for tracking permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Links to external sites

"More Apps by This Developer", "Write a Review", "Send Feedback", and "Privacy Policy" in Settings, and "Privacy Policy" on the Premium screen, open external pages in your browser or a similar app. "Send Feedback" opens a Google Form, and the developer receives what you enter and send. Information on the sites you open is handled under those sites' policies.

2. Storage and Deletion

Information you enter and your settings are stored on your device. Depending on your device's backup settings, they may be included in OS backups. When you delete the App, the information it stored on your device is also deleted, except for anything remaining in OS backups.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

Except as required by law, the developer does not sell or provide the information you enter in the App to third parties. As described above, Apple's services are used for payments.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you add a child's birthday or photos, that information is stored only on your device.

5. Security

The App protects information as appropriate to its nature, for example by storing it on your device and by using the permission management and authentication features provided by the OS.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when features, services used, or laws change. We will announce important changes on this page or in the App.
