自重トレカウント

自宅トレーニングアプリ「自重トレカウント」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、利用者に関する情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。

1. 本アプリで取り扱う情報

利用者が入力する情報と運動の記録

本アプリでは、メニュー、フォルダ、種目の回数・秒数、運動の記録（利用者が手で足した記録を含みます）、表示や声の設定など、利用者が入力または設定した情報を端末内に保存します。これらの情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

カメラ

利用者がカメラを表示する設定にした場合にかぎり、本アプリはフロントカメラを使用し、お手本と自分の姿を画面に並べて表示します。カメラの映像を解析したり、開発者のサーバーへ送信したりすることはありません。許可しない場合でも、カメラ以外の機能はそのまま利用できます。

録画とマイク

利用者が録画を有効にした場合にかぎり、本アプリは運動中の自分の映像とマイクの音、または画面の様子（iOSの画面収録の機能、ReplayKit）を録画します。マイクは、自分の映像を録画するときに音声を一緒に記録するためだけに使用します。録画したファイルは本アプリの中（端末内）に保存され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。録画は本アプリの画面からいつでも削除できます。

写真への保存

利用者が録画を「写真に保存」した場合にかぎり、本アプリは写真ライブラリへの追加のみの許可（追加専用アクセス）を求め、その動画を端末の写真アプリへ保存します。本アプリが写真ライブラリの中身を読み取ること、既存の写真を変更・削除すること、保存した動画を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

iCloudへの自動バックアップ

プレミアムの自動バックアップが有効な場合、メニュー、運動の記録、設定を、利用者自身のiCloud（Apple）にある本アプリ専用の保存領域へ自動で保存します。録画した動画はバックアップに含まれません。保存されたデータはAppleのiCloudにより管理され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、開発者がその内容を取得することもありません。この機能は、本アプリの設定画面からいつでもオフにできます。

端末内で動くAI（Apple Intelligence）

メニューの自動作成には、iOSが提供する端末内の言語モデル（Foundation Models／Apple Intelligence）を使用します。選んだ目的や時間などの情報が、この処理のために端末の外へ送信されることはありません。対応していない端末やiOSのバージョンでは、本アプリが決めた手順でメニューを作成します。

広告に関する情報

プレミアムを購入していない場合、本アプリはGoogle AdMobによる広告を表示することがあります。Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告の配信、効果測定、不正防止などのため、端末情報、IPアドレス、広告識別子、広告との操作に関する情報などを取り扱う場合があります。

本アプリは、利用者の行動に基づくパーソナライズ広告を要求せず、常にパーソナライズされていない広告のみをリクエストします。そのため、AppleのApp Tracking Transparencyによるトラッキングの許可は求めません。

EEA・英国など同意が必要な地域では、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）を通じて、広告のための端末上の識別子の保存・読み出しについて同意またはプライバシーの選択肢を提示します。同意が得られるまで広告は表示されません。選択の内容は、本アプリの設定画面にある「広告の設定」からいつでも変更できます。

Googleによる情報の取り扱いについては、Googleプライバシーポリシーおよび広告に関するポリシーをご確認ください。

購入に関する情報

プレミアム（買い切り）と「開発者を応援する」（応援のための購入。購入しても機能は増えません）の購入処理には、いずれもAppleのStoreKitを使用します。決済情報はAppleが管理し、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。本アプリは、購入済み機能を提供するため、購入状況を確認します。

ヘルスケア（HealthKit）

利用者が設定の「ヘルスケアに保存」をオンにした場合にかぎり、本アプリはヘルスケアへの書き込みの許可を求めます（最初はオフです）。書き込むのは、ワークアウト（機能的筋力トレーニング）とアクティブエネルギー（消費カロリーの目安）だけです。メニューを最後まで終えたときに、かかった時間と消費カロリーの目安を1件書き込みます。途中でやめたトレーニングと、手で足した記録は書き込みません。本アプリがヘルスケアのデータを読み取ることはありません。書き込んだデータは端末のヘルスケアにとどまり、開発者のサーバーや広告の事業者（Google AdMob）へ送信することはなく、広告や販売に使うこともありません。設定のスイッチをオフにするか、ヘルスケアのアプリ（共有 → App）で許可を取り消すと、書き込みをやめられます。

通知

利用者が許可した場合、本アプリは運動の時間を知らせるローカル通知を端末上で設定します。通知内容およびスケジュールは端末内で処理され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されません。

ほかのアプリからの起動

本アプリは、同じ開発者の習慣アプリ「ひびつみ」など、ほかのアプリから本アプリを開けるようにしています（URLスキーム）。この仕組みは本アプリを起動するためだけのもので、アプリの間で情報を受け渡すことはありません。

外部のページ

本アプリの「開発者のほかのアプリ」「レビューを書く」「ご意見・不具合を送る」、プライバシーポリシーと利用規約は、端末のブラウザまたは App Store で外部のページを開きます。「ご意見・不具合を送る」は Google フォームを開き、利用者が入力して送信した内容は開発者が受け取ります。開いた先での情報の取り扱いは、そのサイトのポリシーに従います。

2. 情報の保存と削除

利用者が入力した情報、運動の記録、録画、各種設定は、原則として端末内に保存されます。端末のバックアップ設定によっては、OSのバックアップに含まれる場合があります。本アプリを削除すると、OSのバックアップに残る情報を除き、本アプリが端末内に保存した情報も削除されます。

iCloudへ自動で保存されたバックアップは、本アプリを削除しても自動では削除されません。iOSの設定アプリにあるiCloudストレージの管理画面から削除できます。写真アプリへ保存した動画は、写真アプリから削除できます。

3. 第三者への提供

開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者が本アプリへ入力した情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。決済、iCloudへのバックアップ、ヘルスケアへの保存に関してはAppleのサービスが、広告に関してはGoogleのサービスが、上記のとおり利用されます。

4. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。保護者は、必要に応じて端末のペアレンタルコントロールや広告トラッキング設定をご利用ください。

5. 安全管理

本アプリは、取り扱う情報の性質に応じて、端末内での保存、OSが提供する権限管理などを利用し、情報の保護に努めます。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能の変更、利用サービスの変更、法令の改正などに応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

Bodyweight Rep Counter

Bodyweight Rep Counter, a home workout app (the “App”), respects your privacy and handles information as described below.

1. Information handled by the App

Information you enter and workout records

Menus, folders, reps and durations, workout records (including workouts you add by hand), display and voice preferences, and other information you enter or configure are stored on your device. This information is not transmitted to the developer's servers.

Camera

Only when you choose to show the camera, the App uses the front camera to display you next to the demo figure. The App does not analyze the camera image and does not transmit it to the developer's servers. If you decline camera access, all other features remain available.

Recording and microphone

Only when you turn on recording, the App records your camera video with microphone audio, or the screen (using iOS screen recording, ReplayKit), during your workout. The microphone is used only to record sound along with your video. Recordings are stored inside the App on your device and are not transmitted to the developer's servers. You can delete recordings at any time from within the App.

Saving to Photos

Only when you choose to save a recording to Photos, the App requests add-only access to your photo library and saves that video to the Photos app on your device. The App does not read the contents of your photo library, does not modify or delete existing photos, and does not transmit saved videos to the developer's servers.

Automatic iCloud backup

When the Premium automatic backup is on, your menus, workout records, and settings are saved automatically to a storage area reserved for the App in your own iCloud (Apple) account. Recorded videos are not included in the backup. This data is managed by Apple's iCloud, is not transmitted to the developer's servers, and cannot be accessed by the developer. You can turn this feature off at any time in the App's settings.

On-device AI (Apple Intelligence)

Automatic menu creation uses the on-device language model provided by iOS (Foundation Models / Apple Intelligence). The goals, time, and other choices you make are not sent outside your device for this processing. On devices or iOS versions that do not support it, the App creates the menu using its own built-in rules.

Advertising information

If you have not purchased Premium, the App may display ads provided by Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may handle device information, IP address, advertising identifiers, and ad interaction data for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

The App does not request personalized advertising; it requests non-personalized ads only. For that reason the App does not ask for tracking permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

Where consent is required (such as the EEA and the UK), consent or privacy choices for storing and reading advertising identifiers on your device are presented through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). No ads are shown until consent is obtained. You can change your choice at any time from “Ad Settings” in the App's settings screen.

Purchase information

Premium (a one-time purchase) and "Support the Developer" (a tip; it does not unlock any feature) are both processed through Apple's StoreKit. Apple manages payment information, and the developer does not receive payment card details. The App checks purchase status to provide purchased features.

Health (HealthKit)

Only when you turn on “Save to Apple Health” in Settings (off by default), the App asks for permission to write to Health. It writes only workouts (functional strength training) and active energy (estimated calories). When you finish a whole menu, it writes one entry with the time taken and the estimated calories. Workouts you stop partway and workouts you add by hand are not written. The App never reads Health data. The data it writes stays in Health on your device; it is never sent to the developer's servers or to the ad provider (Google AdMob), and is never used for advertising or sold. To stop writing, turn off the switch in Settings, or revoke permission in the Health app (Sharing → Apps).

Notifications

With your permission, the App schedules local workout reminders on your device. Notification content and schedules are processed locally and are not transmitted to the developer's servers.

Opening from other apps

The App can be opened from other apps, such as the habit app “Hibitsumi” by the same developer (URL scheme). This is used only to launch the App; no information is exchanged between the apps.

External pages

“More apps from the developer”, “Write a review”, “Send feedback”, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use open external pages in your browser or the App Store. “Send feedback” opens a Google Form, and the developer receives what you enter and send. Information on those pages is handled under each site's policy.

2. Storage and deletion

Information you enter, workout records, recordings, and App settings are generally stored on your device. Depending on your device settings, they may be included in an operating-system backup. Deleting the App deletes information stored by the App on the device, except for information that may remain in an OS backup.

Backups saved automatically to iCloud are not deleted when you delete the App. You can delete them from the iCloud storage management screen in the iOS Settings app. Videos saved to Photos can be deleted in the Photos app.

3. Disclosure to third parties

The developer does not sell or disclose information you enter into the App to third parties, except where required by law. Apple services are used for payment processing, iCloud backup, and saving to Health, and Google services are used for advertising, as described above.

4. Children's privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians may use device parental controls and advertising-tracking settings where appropriate.

5. Security

The App uses on-device storage and operating-system permission controls as appropriate to the nature of the information handled.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, or applicable laws. Material changes will be announced on this page or within the App.
