名言アプリ「文字ウィジェット」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、利用者に関する情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。
1. 本アプリで取り扱う情報
利用者が入力・設定する情報
お気に入り、自分で登録した言葉（誰の言葉か・出典を含む）、タグ、ウィジェットのデザイン、文字の大きさなどの設定は、端末内に保存します（プレミアムの自動バックアップを有効にした場合は、下記のとおり利用者自身のiCloudにも保存します）。保存先は、本アプリとそのウィジェットだけが読める端末内の保存領域（App Group）です。これらの情報を開発者のサーバーや第三者へ送信することはありません。
iCloudへの自動バックアップ
プレミアムの「iCloudに自動バックアップ」が有効な場合、自分の言葉・タグ・お気に入り・自分のデザインを、利用者自身のiCloud（Apple）にある本アプリ専用の保存領域へ自動で保存します。保存されたデータはAppleのiCloudにより管理され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、開発者がその内容を取得することもありません。この機能は、本アプリの設定画面からいつでもオフにできます。バックアップからの復元は、無料版でも行えます。
写真への保存
名言を画像にして共有する機能で「写真に保存」を選んだ場合にかぎり、作った画像を写真アプリに追加するための許可を求めます。本アプリが写真ライブラリの写真を読み取ったり、変更・削除したりすることはありません。
共有
名言や自分の言葉を共有するときは、iOSの共有の画面を使います。共有先と共有する内容は利用者が選び、本アプリが共有の内容を開発者へ送ることはありません。
また、ほかのアプリの共有の画面から本アプリを選ぶと、受け取った文やWebページのURL・題名を、自分の言葉（URLは出典）として登録できます。受け取った内容は、利用者が「保存」を押した場合にかぎり端末内の保存領域（App Group）に保存し、開発者のサーバーや第三者へ送信することはありません。
外部サイトへのリンク
名言の詳しい画面で「出典を開く」を押すと、青空文庫、コトバンク、Project Gutenberg、Wikisourceなど、出典を載せている外部のWebサイトを開きます。外部サイトでの情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのサイトのプライバシーポリシーに従います。本アプリから外部サイトへ、利用者の情報を送ることはありません。
購入に関する情報
プレミアム（買い切り）と「開発者を応援する」（応援のための購入。購入しても機能は増えません）の購入処理には、AppleのStoreKitを使用します。決済情報はAppleが管理し、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。本アプリは、購入済みの機能を提供するため、購入状況を確認し、その結果（購入済みかどうか）をウィジェットが読める端末内の保存領域に記録します。「開発者を応援する」の購入について、本アプリが記録する情報はありません。
通信・解析・広告
本アプリは、開発者のサーバーとの通信を行いません。利用状況の解析、クラッシュ情報の収集、広告の表示、トラッキングは行いません。Appleのサービスと通信するのは、購入（応援を含む）および購入の復元のときと、iCloudへの自動バックアップ・復元のときにかぎります。
2. 情報の保存と削除
お気に入り・自分の言葉・タグ・デザイン・各種設定は端末内に保存され、本アプリの中でいつでも削除・変更できます。端末のバックアップ設定によっては、OSのバックアップに含まれる場合があります。本アプリを削除すると、OSのバックアップに残る情報を除き、本アプリが端末内に保存した情報も削除されます。iCloudへ自動で保存されたバックアップは、本アプリを削除しても自動では削除されません。iOSの設定アプリにあるiCloudストレージの管理画面から削除できます。
3. 第三者への提供
開発者は、利用者の情報を収集しないため、第三者へ販売または提供する情報もありません。決済とiCloudへのバックアップに関しては、上記のとおりAppleのサービスが利用されます。
4. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、子どもを含むいずれの利用者からも個人情報を収集しません。
5. 安全管理
本アプリは、情報を端末内の本アプリ専用の保存領域に置き、OSが提供する権限管理を利用して情報の保護に努めます。
6. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、機能の変更、利用サービスの変更、法令の改正などに応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。
7. お問い合わせ
本ポリシーまたは本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いに関するお問い合わせは、atsushi.ito6@gmail.comまでご連絡ください。ご意見・不具合の報告フォームからも送れます（本アプリの設定画面の「ご意見・不具合を送る」から開けます）。フォームに書いた内容は、Googleのサービスを通じて開発者に届きます。

Quote Widget (the “App”), a quotes app, respects your privacy and handles information as described below.
1. Information handled by the App
Information you enter or configure
Favorites, words you add yourself (including who said them and their source), tags, widget designs, text size, and other settings are stored on your device (and, if you turn on the Premium automatic backup, in your own iCloud as described below), in an on-device storage area (App Group) that only the App and its widgets can read. This information is never transmitted to the developer's servers or to any third party.
Automatic iCloud backup
When the Premium “Back Up to iCloud Automatically” setting is on, your own words, tags, favorites, and your designs are saved automatically to a storage area reserved for the App in your own iCloud (Apple) account. This data is managed by Apple's iCloud, is not transmitted to the developer's servers, and cannot be accessed by the developer. You can turn this feature off at any time in the App's settings. Restoring from a backup is available on the free plan too.
Saving to Photos
Only when you choose “Save to Photos” while sharing a quote as an image does the App ask for permission to add that image to the Photos app. The App never reads, modifies, or deletes photos in your photo library.
Sharing
Sharing uses the iOS share sheet. You choose what to share and where; the App does not send the shared content to the developer.
When you choose the App from another app's share sheet, you can add the text, web page URL, or page title you received as one of your own words (the URL goes into the source). What you receive is saved to on-device storage (App Group) only when you tap “Save,” and is never transmitted to the developer's servers or to any third party.
Links to external websites
Tapping “Open Source” on a quote's detail screen opens the external website that hosts the source, such as Aozora Bunko, Kotobank, Project Gutenberg, or Wikisource. Those websites handle information according to their own privacy policies. The App does not send your information to them.
Purchase information
Premium (a one-time purchase) and “Support the Developer” (tips that do not unlock any features) are processed through Apple's StoreKit. Apple manages payment information, and the developer does not receive payment card details. To provide purchased features, the App checks your purchase status and records the result (whether Premium has been purchased) in on-device storage that the widgets can read. The App records nothing about tips.
Network, analytics, and ads
The App does not communicate with the developer's servers. It does not use analytics, crash reporting, ads, or tracking. The App communicates with Apple's services only when you make a purchase (including tips) or restore a purchase, and when it backs up to or restores from iCloud.
2. Storage and deletion
Favorites, your words, tags, designs, and settings are stored on your device, and you can change or delete them in the App at any time. Depending on your device settings, this data may be included in an operating-system backup. Deleting the App deletes the information it stored on the device, except for information that may remain in an OS backup. Backups saved automatically to iCloud are not deleted when you delete the App; you can delete them from iCloud storage management in the iOS Settings app.
3. Disclosure to third parties
Because the developer does not collect your information, there is nothing to sell or disclose to third parties. Apple's services are used for payment processing and iCloud backup as described above.
4. Children's privacy
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
5. Security
The App keeps information in its own on-device storage area and relies on operating-system permission controls to protect it.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, or applicable laws. Material changes will be announced on this page or within the App.
