目標アプリ「あすえが」（App Storeでの表示名は「目標管理 - あすえが」。以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、利用者に関する情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。

1. 本アプリで取り扱う情報

利用者が入力する情報

本アプリでは、目標、カテゴリー、振り返り、メモ、表示設定、通知設定など、利用者が入力または設定した情報を端末内に保存します。これらの情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

利用者がバックアップ、共有などの機能を使用した場合、作成されたデータは、利用者自身が選択した保存先または共有先へ送られます。

目標の写真（カメラ撮影・写真からの選択）

利用者が目標に写真を添える際、カメラで撮影するか、写真ライブラリから選ぶことができます。カメラへのアクセスは、利用者が「カメラで撮る」を選んだときにのみ使用します。写真ライブラリからの選択は、選んだ写真だけにアクセスする方式（PHPickerViewController）を使用し、本アプリが写真ライブラリの中身を読み取ることはありません。取り込んだ写真は端末内に保存され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

iCloudへの自動バックアップ

プレミアムの「iCloudに自動バックアップ」が有効な場合、目標（カテゴリー・メモ・添付した写真を含む）と振り返りのデータを、利用者自身のiCloud（Apple）にある本アプリ専用の保存領域へ自動で保存します。保存されたデータはAppleのiCloudにより管理され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、開発者がその内容を取得することもありません。この機能は、本アプリの設定画面からいつでもオフにできます。

広告に関する情報

バージョン1.1.0以降、本アプリは広告を表示せず、広告の配信や同意の確認のための通信も行いません。以下は、バージョン1.0.1以前の無料版に関する記述です。

無料版では、Google AdMobによる広告を表示することがあります。Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告の配信、効果測定、不正防止などのため、端末情報、IPアドレス、広告識別子、広告との操作に関する情報などを取り扱う場合があります。

本アプリは、利用者の行動に基づくパーソナライズ広告を要求せず、常にパーソナライズされていない広告のみをリクエストします。そのため、AppleのApp Tracking Transparencyによるトラッキングの許可は求めません。

EEA・英国など同意が必要な地域では、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）を通じて、広告のための端末上の識別子の保存・読み出しについて同意またはプライバシーの選択肢を提示します。同意が得られるまで広告は表示されません。選択の内容は、本アプリの設定画面にある「広告の設定」からいつでも変更できます。

写真への保存

利用者が目標カードなどの画像を「写真に保存」した場合にかぎり、本アプリは写真ライブラリへの追加のみの許可（追加専用アクセス）を求め、その画像を端末の写真アプリへ保存します。本アプリが写真ライブラリの中身を読み取ること、既存の写真を変更・削除すること、保存した画像を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。許可しない場合でも、保存以外の機能はそのまま利用できます。

「リマインダー」への登録

利用者が設定画面で「リマインダーに登録する」を有効にした場合、本アプリは週・月・年の振り返りの予定をAppleの「リマインダー」アプリへ登録するため、リマインダーへのアクセスの許可を求めます。登録するのは本アプリが作る振り返りの項目のみで、既存のリマインダーの内容を読み取って開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。許可しない場合は、リマインダーへ登録しないだけで、本アプリのほかの動作は変わりません。

端末内で動くAI（Apple Intelligence）

振り返りの要約と目標案の作成には、iOSが提供する端末内の言語モデル（Foundation Models／Apple Intelligence）を使用します。入力した振り返りやメモの文章が、この処理のために端末の外へ送信されることはありません。生成された文章も端末内に保存されます。対応していない端末やiOSのバージョンでは、この機能は使用できません。

同じ開発者の習慣アプリとのデータ連携

同じ端末に習慣アプリ「ひびつみ」がインストールされている場合、iOSのApp Group（アプリ間で共有する端末内の保存領域）を通じて、習慣の要約と、目標と習慣の対応づけを端末内でのみ受け渡します。この受け渡しは端末の中で完結し、開発者のサーバーや第三者へ送信されることはありません。

Apple Watchとの同期

Apple Watchアプリをお使いの場合、今月の目標と「取り組んだ」の記録を、Appleの機能（WatchConnectivity）を通じてペアリングしたiPhoneとApple Watchの間でやりとりします。このやりとりは端末間で完結し、開発者のサーバーを経由しません。

購入に関する情報

サブスクリプション・買い切り商品・「開発者を応援する」（応援のための購入。購入しても機能は増えません）の購入処理には、いずれもAppleのStoreKitを使用します。決済情報はAppleが管理し、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。本アプリは、購入済み機能を提供するため、購入状況および利用権の有効性を確認します。「開発者を応援する」の購入について、本アプリが記録する情報はありません。

通知

利用者が許可した場合、本アプリは端末上でローカル通知を設定します。通知内容およびスケジュールは端末内で処理され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されません。

生体認証

利用者がアプリロックを有効にした場合、Face ID、Touch ID、または端末のパスコードによる本人確認を利用します。認証はAppleの仕組みにより端末上で行われ、本アプリおよび開発者が生体認証データを取得または保存することはありません。

2. 情報の保存と削除

利用者が入力した情報と各種設定は、原則として端末内に保存されます。端末のバックアップ設定によっては、OSのバックアップに含まれる場合があります。本アプリを削除すると、OSのバックアップに残る情報を除き、本アプリが端末内に保存した情報も削除されます。

iCloudへ自動で保存されたバックアップは、本アプリを削除しても自動では削除されません。iOSの設定アプリにあるiCloudストレージの管理画面から削除できます。

3. 第三者への提供

開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者が本アプリへ入力した情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。決済およびiCloudへのバックアップに関しては、上記のとおりAppleのサービスが利用されます（バージョン1.0.1以前の無料版の広告に関しては、上記のとおりGoogleのサービスが利用されます）。

4. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。保護者は、必要に応じて端末のペアレンタルコントロールや広告トラッキング設定をご利用ください。

5. 安全管理

本アプリは、取り扱う情報の性質に応じて、端末内での保存、OSが提供する権限管理および認証機能などを利用し、情報の保護に努めます。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能の変更、利用サービスの変更、法令の改正などに応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

Asuega

Asuega, a goal tracker (shown on the App Store as “Goal Tracker - Asuega”; the “App”), respects your privacy and handles information as described below.

1. Information handled by the App

Information you enter

Goals, categories, reviews, notes, display preferences, notification settings, and other information you enter or configure are stored on your device. This information is not transmitted to the developer's servers.

If you use backup or sharing features, the generated data is sent only to the destination or recipient you select.

Goal photos (camera and photo picker)

When attaching a photo to a goal, you can take a photo with the camera or choose one from your photo library. Camera access is used only when you choose "Take Photo." Choosing from your photo library uses the limited, selection-based picker (PHPickerViewController), so the App does not read the contents of your photo library. Photos you add are stored on your device and are not transmitted to the developer's servers.

Automatic iCloud backup

When the Premium “Back Up to iCloud Automatically” setting is on, your goals (including categories, notes, and attached photos) and reviews are saved automatically to a storage area reserved for the App in your own iCloud (Apple) account. This data is managed by Apple's iCloud, is not transmitted to the developer's servers, and cannot be accessed by the developer. You can turn this feature off at any time in the App's settings.

Advertising information

Starting with version 1.1.0, the App does not show ads and makes no connections for ad delivery or consent. The following describes the free version of version 1.0.1 and earlier.

The free version may display ads provided by Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may handle device information, IP address, advertising identifiers, and ad interaction data for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

The App does not request personalized advertising; it requests non-personalized ads only. For that reason the App does not ask for tracking permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

Where consent is required (such as the EEA and the UK), consent or privacy choices for storing and reading advertising identifiers on your device are presented through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). No ads are shown until consent is obtained. You can change your choice at any time from “Ad Settings” in the App's settings screen.

Saving to Photos

Only when you choose to save an image such as a goal card to Photos, the App requests add-only access to your photo library and saves that image to the Photos app on your device. The App does not read the contents of your photo library, does not modify or delete existing photos, and does not transmit saved images to the developer's servers. If you decline, all features other than saving remain available.

Adding to Reminders

If you turn on “Add to Reminders” in the settings screen, the App requests access to Reminders in order to add weekly, monthly, and yearly review items to Apple's Reminders app. Only review items created by the App are added; the App does not read your existing reminders or transmit them to the developer's servers. If you decline, the App simply does not add reminders and otherwise behaves the same.

On-device AI (Apple Intelligence)

Review summaries and suggested goals are generated using the on-device language model provided by iOS (Foundation Models / Apple Intelligence). The reviews and notes you enter are not sent outside your device for this processing. Generated text is also stored on your device. This feature is unavailable on devices or iOS versions that do not support it.

Data sharing with the developer's habit app

If the habit app “Hibitsumi” by the same developer is installed on the same device, habit summaries and the links between goals and habits are exchanged on the device only through an iOS App Group (a shared on-device storage area). This exchange stays on your device and is not transmitted to the developer's servers or to any third party.

Apple Watch sync

If you use the Apple Watch app, this month's goals and your "did it today" check-ins are exchanged between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. This exchange stays between your own devices and does not pass through the developer's servers.

Purchase information

Subscriptions, the lifetime purchase, and "Support the Developer" (a tip; it does not unlock any feature) are all processed through Apple's StoreKit. Apple manages payment information, and the developer does not receive payment card details. The App checks purchase status and entitlements to provide purchased features. The App does not record any information about a "Support the Developer" purchase.

Notifications

With your permission, the App schedules local notifications on your device. Notification content and schedules are processed locally and are not transmitted to the developer's servers.

Biometric authentication

If you enable App Lock, authentication is performed on your device using Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode through Apple's services. Neither the App nor the developer receives or stores biometric data.

2. Storage and deletion

Information you enter and App settings are generally stored on your device. Depending on your device settings, they may be included in an operating-system backup. Deleting the App deletes information stored by the App on the device, except for information that may remain in an OS backup.

Backups saved automatically to iCloud are not deleted when you delete the App. You can delete them from the iCloud storage management screen in the iOS Settings app.

3. Disclosure to third parties

The developer does not sell or disclose information you enter into the App to third parties, except where required by law. Apple services are used for payment processing and iCloud backup as described above (and, in the free version of version 1.0.1 and earlier, Google services are used for advertising as described above).

4. Children's privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians may use device parental controls and advertising-tracking settings where appropriate.

5. Security

The App uses on-device storage, operating-system permission controls, and authentication features as appropriate to the nature of the information handled.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, or applicable laws. Material changes will be announced on this page or within the App.
