「CertNote」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、利用者に関する情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。

1. 本アプリで取り扱う情報

利用者が入力する情報

本アプリでは、資格の名前（一覧から選んだ資格、または自由に入力した資格名）、取得日、有効期限、更新した日、登録番号・認定番号、メモ、従事・選任しているかどうか、資格手当（月額・年額・合格一時金）、受験料、何回目で合格したか、資格に付けたリンク、これから取りたい資格とその試験日、スキルシート用の一覧の書き方の設定、ロックの設定を、端末内に保存します。これらの情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません（広告の配信に伴う情報は「広告」の項目のとおり）。

資格の一覧と更新のルールは、本アプリの中に入っているデータで、利用者の情報を外部から取得したり、外部へ送ったりすることはありません。

写真

利用者がプレミアムの「証書・カードの写真」で写真を選んだ場合、利用者が選んだ写真だけを読み込み、縮小して端末内に保存します。写真ライブラリのそのほかの写真を読み取ることはありません。保存した写真を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

まとめて取り込む（スクリーンショットの文字の読み取り）

利用者が「スクリーンショットから読み取る」を使用した場合、利用者が選んだ画像だけを読み込み、端末内の文字認識の機能で文字を読み取ります。画像や読み取った文字を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはなく、画像を保存することもありません。「ペースト」を使用した場合は、利用者が貼り付けた文字を端末内で読み取ります。

期限のお知らせ（通知）

利用者が通知を許可した場合、有効期限の90日前・30日前・7日前・前日と、これから取りたい資格の試験日の30日前・7日前・前日に、端末の通知でお知らせします。通知は端末内で予約され、開発者のサーバーを経由しません。

ウィジェット

利用者がプレミアムのウィジェットを使う場合、期限のある資格の名前と有効期限を、本アプリとウィジェットだけが読める端末内の保存領域（App Group）に書き込みます。この情報が端末の外へ送信されることはありません。

スキルシート用の一覧のコピー・書き出し

利用者が「一覧をコピー」「ほかのアプリに送る」「Excel 用のファイル（CSV）に書き出す」「PDF に書き出す」を使用した場合、資格の一覧（CSV には、取得年月・資格名・主催・有効期限・状態・登録番号を含みます）を作り、クリップボード、または利用者自身が選択した保存先・送信先へ渡します。

バックアップの書き出しと読み込み

利用者が「バックアップを書き出す」を使用した場合、記録と写真を含むバックアップファイルを作成し、利用者自身が選択した保存先（「ファイル」アプリなど）へ渡します。「バックアップから復元する」では、利用者が選択したファイルを端末内で読み込みます。いずれも開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

iCloud への自動バックアップ

プレミアムの「iCloudに自動バックアップ」が有効な場合、記録と写真のデータを、利用者自身の iCloud（Apple）にある本アプリ専用の保存領域へ自動で保存します。保存されたデータは Apple の iCloud により管理され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、開発者がその内容を取得することもありません。この機能は、本アプリの設定画面からいつでもオフにできます。iCloud のバックアップから戻すのは、プレミアムでなくても行えます。

購入に関する情報

プレミアム（買い切り）の購入処理には Apple の StoreKit を使用します。決済情報は Apple が管理し、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。本アプリは、購入済み機能を提供するため、購入状況および利用権の有効性を確認します。

生体認証

利用者がロックを有効にした場合、Face ID、Touch ID、または端末のパスコードによる本人確認を利用します。認証は Apple の仕組みにより端末上で行われ、本アプリおよび開発者が生体認証データを取得または保存することはありません。

広告

本アプリは、プレミアムを購入していない場合に、Google LLC が提供する広告サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示します。表示する広告は、利用者の興味・関心に基づかない広告（パーソナライズされていない広告）に限ります。AdMob は、広告の配信・頻度の制御・不正の防止・効果の測定のために、端末の情報（IPアドレス、端末の種類、OSのバージョン、広告の表示・タップの状況など）を取得することがあります。取得された情報の取り扱いは、Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）に従います。

欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国などでは、広告を表示する前に、広告のための同意を求めます。同意の内容は、設定画面の「広告の設定」から変更できます。

本アプリは、Apple の App Tracking Transparency によるトラッキングの許可を求めず、利用者を他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいで追跡しません。利用状況の解析ツールも組み込んでいません。プレミアムを購入すると、広告は表示されません。

外部サイトへのリンク

本アプリは、次の場合に外部のサイトを端末のブラウザで開きます。開いた先のサイトでの情報の取り扱いは、そのサイトのポリシーに従います。

これらの場合も、取得日・登録番号・メモなど、検索の言葉のほかの記録を外部へ送ることはありません。

2. 情報の保存と削除

利用者が入力した情報と各種設定は、端末内に保存されます。端末のバックアップ設定によっては、OS のバックアップに含まれる場合があります。本アプリを削除すると、OS のバックアップに残る情報を除き、本アプリが端末内に保存した情報も削除されます。

iCloud へ自動で保存されたバックアップは、本アプリを削除しても自動では削除されません。iOS の設定アプリにある iCloud ストレージの管理画面から削除できます。

3. 第三者への提供

開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者が本アプリへ入力した情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。決済および iCloud へのバックアップに関しては上記のとおり Apple のサービスが、広告の配信に関しては上記のとおり Google AdMob が利用されます。

4. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。

5. 安全管理

本アプリは、取り扱う情報の性質に応じて、端末内での保存、OS が提供する権限管理および認証機能などを利用し、情報の保護に努めます。

6. 更新のルールについて

本アプリに入っている資格の更新のルールは、各団体・会社の公式の案内をもとに調べたものですが、内容が変わることがあります。手続きの前に、各団体・会社の最新の案内を確かめてください。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能の変更、利用サービスの変更、法令の改正などに応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

1. Information the App Handles

Information you enter

The App stores the following on your device: certification names (chosen from the built-in list or typed freely), date obtained, expiration date, renewal dates, registration or certificate numbers, notes, whether you are currently working in or appointed to a role for the certification, certification allowances (monthly, yearly, and one-time bonuses), exam fees, how many attempts it took to pass, links you add to a certification, certifications you plan to get and their exam dates, settings for the skill-sheet list format, and lock settings. None of this is sent to the developer's servers (for information involved in showing ads, see "Ads" below).

The list of certifications and their renewal rules is data built into the App. The App does not fetch your information from outside or send it anywhere.

Photos

When you use the Premium "Certificate & card photos" feature, the App reads only the photos you choose, shrinks them, and stores them on your device. It does not read any other photos in your photo library. Saved photos are never sent to the developer's servers.

Bulk import (reading text from screenshots)

When you use "Read from Screenshots", the App reads only the images you choose and recognizes their text with the on-device text recognition feature. Images and recognized text are never sent to the developer's servers, and images are not saved. When you use "Paste", the App reads the text you paste on your device.

Expiration reminders (notifications)

If you allow notifications, the App reminds you 90 days, 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before an expiration date, and 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before the exam date of a certification you plan to get. Notifications are scheduled on your device and do not go through the developer's servers.

Widgets

When you use Premium widgets, the App writes the names and expiration dates of certifications with expiration dates to a storage area on your device that only the App and its widgets can read (App Group). This information is never sent off your device.

Copying and exporting the skill-sheet list

When you use "Copy List", "Send to Other Apps", "Export a CSV File for Excel", or "Export as PDF", the App creates a list of your certifications (the CSV includes the month and year obtained, certification name, organizer, expiration date, status, and registration number) and passes it to the clipboard or to the destination you choose.

Exporting and restoring backups

When you use "Export Backup", the App creates a backup file containing your records and photos and passes it to the destination you choose (such as the Files app). "Restore from Backup" reads the file you choose on your device. In neither case is anything sent to the developer's servers.

Automatic iCloud backup

When the Premium automatic iCloud backup is on, the App automatically saves your records and photos to a storage area for the App in your own iCloud (Apple). This data is managed by Apple's iCloud. It is never sent to the developer's servers, and the developer cannot access it. You can turn this feature off at any time in the App's Settings. You can restore from an iCloud backup without Premium.

Purchases

Premium (a one-time purchase) is processed with Apple's StoreKit. Payment information is managed by Apple, and the developer never receives payment details such as credit card numbers. To provide purchased features, the App checks your purchase status and whether your entitlement is valid.

Biometric authentication

When you turn on the lock, the App uses Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to confirm it is you. Authentication is performed on your device by Apple's system, and neither the App nor the developer receives or stores biometric data.

Ads

If you have not purchased Premium, the App shows ads using Google AdMob, an ad service provided by Google LLC. Only non-personalized ads, which are not based on your interests, are shown. AdMob may collect device information (such as IP address, device type, OS version, and how ads are shown and tapped) to deliver ads, limit how often they appear, prevent fraud, and measure results. This information is handled under Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

In the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and some other regions, the App asks for your consent for ads before showing them. You can change your choice under "Ad Settings" in Settings.

The App does not ask for tracking permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. It includes no analytics tools. Purchasing Premium removes ads.

Links to external sites

The App opens external sites in your browser in the following cases. Information on the sites you open is handled under those sites' policies.

In these cases too, the App does not send anything other than the search words, such as your dates obtained, registration numbers, or notes.

2. Storage and Deletion

Information you enter and your settings are stored on your device. Depending on your device's backup settings, they may be included in OS backups. When you delete the App, the information it stored on your device is also deleted, except for anything remaining in OS backups.

Backups saved automatically to iCloud are not deleted when you delete the App. You can delete them from iCloud storage management in the iOS Settings app.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

Except as required by law, the developer does not sell or provide the information you enter in the App to third parties. As described above, Apple's services are used for payments and iCloud backups, and Google AdMob is used to show ads.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Security

The App protects information as appropriate to its nature, for example by storing it on your device and by using the permission management and authentication features provided by the OS.

6. About Renewal Rules

The renewal rules built into the App are based on each organization's or company's official information, but they may change. Before you renew, check the latest information from the organization or company.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when features, services used, or laws change. We will announce important changes on this page or in the App.
