「CashNote」(以下「本アプリ」)は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、利用者に関する情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。
1. 本アプリで取り扱う情報
利用者が入力する情報
本アプリでは、支出・収入の記録(日付・内容・金額・支出か収入か・カテゴリー)、カテゴリー(名前・色・並び順)、月ごとの予算、お気に入り、書きかけの入力、通貨、表示の設定(表紙の色と名入れ・紙・罫線・文字の書体・インクの色・背景・言語・効果音とアニメーション)、ロックの設定を、端末内に保存します。これらの情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。
本アプリは、銀行口座・クレジットカード・電子マネーなどと連携せず、レシートの読み取りも行いません。
共有
利用者が「共有」を使用した場合、その月の出納帳とまとめの文章を作り、利用者自身が選択した共有先へ渡します。文章の最後には、アプリ名と App Store のダウンロード先を入れます。
手動のバックアップと復元
利用者が設定画面の「バックアップを書き出す」を使用した場合、記録・カテゴリー・予算・お気に入り・通貨を含むバックアップファイルを作成し、利用者自身が選択した保存先(「ファイル」アプリ、AirDrop、メールなど)へ渡します。「バックアップから復元する」では、利用者が選択したファイルを端末内で読み込みます。いずれも開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
iCloudへの自動バックアップ
プレミアムの「iCloud 自動バックアップ」が有効な場合、記録・カテゴリー・予算・お気に入り・通貨のデータを、利用者自身のiCloud(Apple)にある本アプリ専用の保存領域へ自動で保存します。保存されたデータはAppleのiCloudにより管理され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、開発者がその内容を取得することもありません。直近の7日分は、日ごとの履歴としても保存します。この機能は、本アプリの設定画面からいつでもオフにできます。iCloud上のバックアップからの復元は、プレミアムでなくても行えます。
復元する前の記録の取り置き
バックアップから復元するとき、置き換える前の記録を、端末内の本アプリ専用の領域に1つだけ保存します。設定画面の「復元する前に戻す」で、この記録に戻せます。このデータが端末の外へ送信されることはありません。
購入に関する情報
プレミアム(月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプション、または買い切り)と開発者への応援(チップ)の購入処理にはAppleのStoreKitを使用します。決済情報はAppleが管理し、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。本アプリは、購入済み機能を提供するため、購入状況および利用権の有効性を確認します。
生体認証
利用者が「生体認証でロック」を有効にした場合、Face ID、Touch ID、または端末のパスコードによる本人確認を利用します。認証はAppleの仕組みにより端末上で行われ、本アプリおよび開発者が生体認証データを取得または保存することはありません。
評価のお願い
本アプリは、Appleが提供する標準の評価ダイアログを表示することがあります。表示するかどうかを決めるため、本アプリを初めて開いた日、本アプリを開いた日数、記録を書いた日数、前回表示しようとした日時とバージョンを、端末内にだけ保存します。これらの情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。評価やレビューの内容はAppleが管理します。
広告と解析
本アプリは広告を表示せず、利用状況の解析ツールも組み込んでいません。AppleのApp Tracking Transparencyによるトラッキングの許可を求めず、利用者を他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいで追跡しません。
外部サイトへのリンク
設定画面の「開発者のほかのアプリ」「レビューを書く」「ご意見・不具合を送る」と、プレミアムの画面の「利用規約(EULA)」「プライバシーポリシー」は、端末のブラウザなどで外部のページを開きます。「ご意見・不具合を送る」はGoogleフォームを開き、利用者が入力して送信した内容は開発者が受け取ります。開いた先のサイトでの情報の取り扱いは、そのサイトのポリシーに従います。
2. 情報の保存と削除
利用者が入力した情報と各種設定は、原則として端末内に保存されます。端末のバックアップ設定によっては、OSのバックアップに含まれる場合があります。本アプリを削除すると、OSのバックアップに残る情報を除き、本アプリが端末内に保存した情報も削除されます。
iCloudへ自動で保存されたバックアップは、本アプリを削除しても自動では削除されません。iOSの設定アプリにあるiCloudストレージの管理画面から削除できます。
3. 第三者への提供
開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者が本アプリへ入力した情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。決済およびiCloudへのバックアップに関しては、上記のとおりAppleのサービスが利用されます。
4. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。
5. 安全管理
本アプリは、取り扱う情報の性質に応じて、端末内での保存、OSが提供する権限管理および認証機能などを利用し、情報の保護に努めます。
6. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、機能の変更、利用サービスの変更、法令の改正などに応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

CashNote (the "App") respects your privacy and handles information about you as described below.
1. Information the App Handles
Information you enter
The App stores the following on your device: your spending and income records (date, description, amount, whether it is spending or income, and category), categories (name, color, and order), monthly budgets, favorites, an unfinished entry you were writing, your currency, display settings (cover color and name, paper, ruled lines, typeface, ink color, background, language, sound effects, and animation), and lock settings. None of this is sent to the developer's servers.
The App does not connect to bank accounts, credit cards, or e-money, and does not scan receipts.
Sharing
When you use Share, the App creates text with that month's ledger and summary and passes it to the destination you choose. The text ends with the App's name and its App Store link.
Manual backup and restore
When you use Export Backup in Settings, the App creates a backup file containing your records, categories, budgets, favorites, and currency, and passes it to the destination you choose (the Files app, AirDrop, Mail, and so on). Restore from Backup reads the file you choose on your device. In neither case is anything sent to the developer's servers.
Automatic iCloud backup
When the Premium iCloud automatic backup is on, the App automatically saves your records, categories, budgets, favorites, and currency to a storage area for the App in your own iCloud (Apple). This data is managed by Apple's iCloud. It is never sent to the developer's servers, and the developer cannot access it. The last 7 days are also kept as daily history. You can turn this feature off at any time in the App's Settings. You can restore from an iCloud backup without Premium.
Copy kept before a restore
When you restore from a backup, the App keeps one copy of the records it replaces in a storage area for the App on your device. You can return to it with Undo Last Restore in Settings. This copy is never sent off your device.
Purchases
Purchases of Premium (monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, or a one-time purchase) and tips for the developer are processed with Apple's StoreKit. Payment information is managed by Apple, and the developer never receives payment details such as credit card numbers. To provide purchased features, the App checks your purchase status and whether your entitlement is valid.
Biometric authentication
When you turn on Lock with Face ID / Touch ID, the App uses Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to confirm it is you. Authentication is performed on your device by Apple's system, and neither the App nor the developer receives or stores biometric data.
Rating requests
The App may show Apple's standard rating dialog. To decide whether to show it, the App stores, only on your device, the day you first opened the App, the number of days you opened it, the number of days you wrote records, and the date and version of the last request. None of this is sent to the developer's servers. Ratings and reviews are managed by Apple.
Ads and analytics
The App shows no ads and includes no analytics tools. It does not ask for tracking permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Links to external sites
More Apps by the Developer, Write a Review, and Send Feedback in Settings, and Terms of Use (EULA) and Privacy Policy on the Premium page, open external pages in your browser or a similar app. Send Feedback opens a Google Form, and the developer receives what you enter and send. Information on the sites you open is handled under those sites' policies.
2. Storage and Deletion
Information you enter and your settings are, in principle, stored on your device. Depending on your device's backup settings, they may be included in OS backups. When you delete the App, the information it stored on your device is also deleted, except for anything remaining in OS backups.
Backups saved automatically to iCloud are not deleted when you delete the App. You can delete them from iCloud storage management in the iOS Settings app.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
Except as required by law, the developer does not sell or provide the information you enter in the App to third parties. As described above, Apple's services are used for payments and iCloud backups.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Security
The App protects information as appropriate to its nature, for example by storing it on your device and by using the permission management and authentication features provided by the OS.
6. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when features, services used, or laws change. We will announce important changes on this page or in the App.
